bad experience. cant get a quote in writing. tech left puddles of dirty water on every stair step from banging machine up & down. window was 230-4pm, showed up at 515pm. insisted he could finish the job in time, but i had to force him out the door with job half finished because i had to go. The technicians that did the cleaning of my carpets left no mess behind. Plus, they arrived earlier than expected. They were really knowledgable with carpet cleaning. I was shocked on how clean my carpets were after, they also sent me before and after pics. Their services are truly worth it.

My experience with them was truly amazing. I had carpets that had been stained to the degree I figured they needed replacement. I changed my mindset when talking to their professional techs and the results was like brand new and smells fresh.
Truly masters in cleaning upholstery, I got some hard stains to remove but they removed it efficiently, they also provided me tips in maintaining it.
