Lance came out and performed some warranty work on our home on a Saturday. He was very upfront and courteous. When he was explaining the issue and the plan he has to fix it, he did so to not only myself but also to my wife making eye contact with her directly as well and answering the questions she had. A man of talent, integrity and class. Will certainly use him again when the need arises and will definitely be recommending him to others.
I recommend all my swimming pool customers to call Lance at Master Glaze. He knows how to fix the pool stairs properly.
