I was quoted $850 for a lift master motor to be installed and replacement springs, so I thought… A chamberlain motor was installed not a lift master. Price did not include springs as I was led to believe. Tech had to come back out after he left because the door stopped functioning correctly. And to top everything off I was only provided one remote when I know the model comes with two. $1,428 later I have a garage door that might open/close when it’s supposed to, debris left behind for me to clean up and one remote.
Wow, completely awesome service! My garage door had been producing this strange creaking sound for weeks, and after being able to get this company on the phone, they arrived that same day. The repair man was extremely professional and had it fixed in an instant. Definitely recommend them for any garage door repair!
BUYER BEWARE! If I could put 0 stars I would. I had 2 springs replaced on my garage door opener and I had a 5 year warranty. I called them in November 2024 because there was an issue with the springs and my warranty was still valid. We had to make at least a dozen calls to them during a 2-week period and they kept telling us that someone in management would call us, however, they never did.
