Great service and just nice people to work with. Richard has done 3 of my floors and 1 of my kitchens and I could not be happier.
If I could give these clowns a 0 star review, I would. They did my garage floor in November 2023 and it is already peeling and breaking up and needs repair. I reached out to them 10 times so far to have them come and repair it and the owner dodged by requests every time. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
We used Richard at Master Flooring to replace our entire first floor. He was always available for a call or a text, even after hours. The installers blew us away with how efficient and quickly they worked, and our general contractor was impressed with the floor installation. Not sure if I would trust them. One of their drivers sped past me on the Garden State Parkway doing at least 90 possibly 100 miles an hour. Past me like I was standing still. Weaving in and out of traffic very reckless driver.
