I had a very simple job to install a new gas connection hook-up to existing gas line visible on the exterior of my home. The associate had to speak with his manager to get a quote for the job via facetime. Without much thought, the manager issued a verbal quote of $1500, which is highway robbery for the work at hand. I called them at 8'o clock, they arrived three hours later. They didn't investigate the leakage completely. I told them again and again to make sure everything will be okay. After that when the were going they charged me extra for consuming their time. I will never suggest them.
