We had a leak at our condo unit due to a faulty toilet gasket, and Master Fix was very professional and easy to work with. They made it easy to book the service within a few days and completed the repair in a timely manner. They were also very accommodating to negotiate payment terms and are very open to transparent communication. Idli and Doriana provided great service and communication!
Professional service and great customer support. The technicians were polite, fixed the issue quickly, were respectful of my home, and cleaned up after themselves. Their office team was very helpful throughout the process as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!
