I had an appointment scheduled with MasterEye Associates, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I have been a patient here for years for both routine glasses exams and medical related care, and until now I have never had an issue. I received a call from Brandy in the appointment call center and it was one of the rudest customer service interactions I have ever experienced.
