I have had such a bad experience with this office because I have needed them to help me fill out some paperwork for my university and they refuse to do so. For some reason they didn't seen to have a problem taking my money when I went in for an eye exam. I have been dealing with the manager, asst. manager and the front desk people who have spoken to the eye doctor who can not help me.
