Had a 2:30 PM appointment. Arrived at 2:15. Was told to sign and and they would be with shortly. After 45 minutes I had not yet been acknowledged, and yet the girls behind the counter had time to discuss their high school days. When they helped the 2:45 and 3:00 appointments and took the 2:45 back, I walked out. Won’t be back or recommend.

Usually, I would rate higher but today, the associate helping me just started standing up and went to assist another customer. I was asking a question, she was standing looking at me, then the other customer then back to me. I was there ahead of the other customer, the associate had gotten my glasses, was adjusting...
