I went in for an exam, they charged my insurance and deductible, and gave me a prescription for glasses. They tried to make us do and pay for a test that we didnt ask for. Then turned us down for service since we didnt
I had an appointment at the beginning of October. The appointment went fine. They said they would call when my trial contacts came in, but I never got a call. I called on 11/4 to check on them and it took 4 calls to get someone to answer the phone. I was told that my contacts were not there and they would call next door to check on them and call me back and they never did. They did say that they may take 6-8 weeks to come in though, so I called back on 12/1 and was told the same thing. Still no contacts in the office and sti... read more

Ms. L******, First off I would like to apologize for the lack of urgency/follow through you experienced from our office. That is definitely not the way we operate and I would like to react and correct these behaviors. Could you let me know which office this was as we have multiple clinics in the area? As for the story about the computers going down, unfortunately that did happen. We are on a cloud based system and the servers were compromised. We were down for 14 full days. That definitely plays no role in the bad experience... read more
