After they "lost" my husband's entire winter wardrobe of high end heavy, thick cashmere sweaters and designer wool flannel pants, they claimed we brought in paper shredding. When we made a claim, their attorney called us extortionists and offered a penny on the dollar for a settlement. We can't even replace most items. BTW, the owner also owners Elite Dry Cleaners which is equally horrific. Been all over the world never found dry cleaners as bad and incompetent.
