I would not recommend this contractor JULIAN BEDOYA of Master Design and Construction .We paid nearly the full contract amount based on repeated promises that the work would be completed, but the project was abandoned before it was finished. Communication became extremely difficult. We made numerous attempts to contact him by phone and text, but he either ignored us or failed to follow through on his promises. Julian Bedoya, the owner of Master Design Construction and Roofing is a liar, unethical, and dishonest. I went into contract with him to get a patio cover built in my backyard in April 2025. He was very quick to ask for 20% down for the project and to pay for the plans, engineering, and city permits. It is now July 2026 and all he has done if ghosted me, provide excuse after excuse about his contractor license status.
