Had a very disappointing experience recently. Came is with lots of pain in one of my molars and let the doctor know that my bite has been off and my gums have been irritated and pulsating and the tooth feels wobbly. He said that there's an infection below the tooth and suggested a root canal to try and save the tooth but said that extraction is also an option if the root canal fails. I had a very frustrating experience with Asma, the office manager/receptionist. She was incredibly rude and pushy — it felt more like dealing with a car salesperson than a dental professional. She told me my insurance (Clevelling) wouldn’t cover a procedure and charged me upfront, but I later confirmed with my insurance that it was definitely covered — twice a year. My name is Georgette and I went to Master Dentistry Center to fix my teeth. He did my two upper teeth very badly and he gave me an implant in the right side of my mouth, I’m supposed to have two implants on my right side but when Dr Mohammed Rabah put the bridge above my implant it caused for the implant to break. I was supposed to get two implants but one implant broke before I had the bridge. I had a fantastic experience . The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean and modern, and Dr. Rabah was professional and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care!
