I absolutely hate the dentist and this was by far one of the most seamless and straight forward experiences I’ve had. Needed an extraction after nursing tooth pain for nearly 4 days straight. Called in and booked an appointment and they fit me in same day. I’m a new patient, never even been there before; my info was taken, x-rays were done, I was given two options for treatment and was able to choose what was best for me. Owner needs to desperately get rid of the receptionist/office manager (Asma, his wife). She nickels and dimes the patients. She insists she knows more than the dentist and finds reasons to charge you more. She's very rude and disrespectful. The experience is a great example of why business and family should not mix.
Super friendly front desk. Staff provides outstanding service.
