Amazing first time experience! I used Dr. Wang today. He was very thorough and exact with his consultation and service. He explained everything being done step by step where I was not left curious or lost to what is being done to me. The assistants were so attentive to everything and very sweet. Had a very disappointing experience recently. Came is with lots of pain in one of my molars and let the doctor know that my bite has been off and my gums have been irritated and pulsating and the tooth feels wobbly. He said that there's an infection below the tooth and suggested a root canal to try and save the tooth but said that extraction is also an option if the root canal fails. I had a very frustrating experience with Asma, the office manager/receptionist. She was incredibly rude and pushy — it felt more like dealing with a car salesperson than a dental professional. She told me my insurance (Clevelling) wouldn’t cover a procedure and charged me upfront, but I later confirmed with my insurance that it was definitely covered — twice a year.
