It’s unfortunate that this company does not stand by their product! I’ve contacted them multiple times and I have not heard back from anyone. As a collector, I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever!
so much to say about this company I could write a book, number 1, cheap prices thats a good thing if there product would hold up and work when you get it, 2, communication, this is also good they even call you occasionally to see if you need anything, but when you place orders they leave out key important information like extra sur charges for the privilege of placing an order and when you complain about it they hold your order for a week or so then contact you and offer to remove it yet to only short your order to cover suc... read more
I tried to open a wholesale account here for 38 retail stores and they were very unprofessional during the account creation process, they even went as far as sending me tax paperwork for the wrong state, it has been over a week now and i still do not even have a rep or an account and i have been ignored. i would not do any business with this company.
