I made multiple orders because their gems are just way too pretty. They ended up reaching out to me to let me know that they'd just package it all into one order and REFUND me the extra shipping costs without me having to do anything at all. Yayyyy!!! On their website, I like that the description for each item is accurate and most gems also have a video done in sunlight.
