I have used master craft plumbing before, and they're wonderful.I called and talked to Chris and told him that I had a leak in the upstairs bath. I asked for Richard, who was wonderful, very good worker, came over, evaluated this situation. The next day we got all the parts he put them in just great, just great. I have tried to contact Master Craft in Daytona Beach for the last week. Left two phone messages and even tried emailing them. No one ever returned my call.
Chris was very pleasant to work with scheduling my appointment. Gary was on time to replace my bathroom vanity faucet and kitchen faucet and shut off valves Very happy with everything.
I made our appointment to have a new water heater installed . Aaron showed up ready to go, he was very knowledgeable, polite even fixed a few small plumbing issues at no additional charge. Lo and behold our bill was actually lower than what we were quoted. We will definitely use Master Craft with all our plumbing needs.
