they used a $10 meat thermometer to check a $4,500 oven to advise it was not calibrated, we paid a tech from the mfg to come out to verify the oven worked properly and Mike would not admit their error, Everything these inspections put in a report is now a permanent record for the seller and buyer to address...what a bunch of knuckleheads.
Mike Weible and his crew did the inspection of the 30years old home in the Woodlands, Texas., near sterling ride village. Mike and his team failed to noticed the major Bathtub leaks, dry wall repair and huge plumbing repairs performed around that by the previous owner and he have not reported a single finding on that matter in the report. Mike and Clete preformed a home inspection for me 3/2020. These guys are VERY detailed, thorough, and meticulous. They identified a number of deficient areas that needed to be addressed and literally saved $1,000's in costly new home purchase repairs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a QUALITY home inspector.
