They did a terrible job and I only needed to clean an area rug in the LR and center area in my small office. New puppy in the house, not completely house broken. Talked me into the “Special” deodorizer spray ($30.00 extra). And not so much!! The LR rug looked liked a Lake top (waves) from getting so wet and the office carpet browned out!! Master Craft came to my house today and cleaned all the traffic areas in my house for a very reasonable price, i'm very pleased with the job they did. Master Craft did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet in my home. Every room, top to bottom of the house, was done exceptionally well. The communication was pleasant, professional, and accurate with every call. The technician was on time, honest, thorough, and professional.
