WORKING WITH SIMPLICIO D’SOUZA, the owner of master contracting, is absolute nightmare. Here’s why; 1) the price he gave initially (to acquire the job) nearly doubled. He kept raising the price saying he needs more stuff to do more things. He knows to be attentive and nice only to collect money 2) when he starts the job, he puts in one day with a couple guys, and disappears for weeks. His urgency dies down once he collects the money. Great customer experience: Master Contracting does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. The owner provided a detailed list of work items to be completed and a price in writing in advance. Everything was very transparent from start to finish. It is refreshing not to have to chase down a contractor. We hired them to relay and regrout a large stone patio around a pool, and a walkway at the front of the house, based on the recommendation of our neighbor who had done a similar project.
