Unprofessional local business who doesn't show up for appointment nor do they return phone calls. Took day off had appointment for Thursday never showed, called they said they had their days mixed up?! Uh ok, rescheduled for Friday gave them another shot, never showed never returned calls. Take your business elsewhere.
Zack was very quick and efficient also love the customer service
Technician was professional and knew how to do his job. He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and didn't try to add any extra costs onto the negotiated price. The only thing that didn't go as planned was a small delay in arrival but things happen in life outside of our control. Overall I am happy with the price and job that was performed and will recommend to others.
