Over the past seven + years, I have entrusted Master Cleaners with my beautiful area rugs for cleaning. Every time, the results have been most pleasing...truly clean, the colors vibrant, stains removed, and any loose backing or frayed edges were re-sewn to "like new" condition. Master Cleaners earns a 5-star review from me, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality carpet cleaning with a staff that is friendly, kind, and professional!
Most professional carpet cleaners imaginable. Every detail is considered to clean, repair and protect the carpets. Pick up and delivery was exactly as promised, furniture removal and replacement exactly as promised. Peter takes pride in his work, super courteous and explained every step of the process. We sent five valuable area rugs that were ten years old and they were returned looking brand new. Could not be more satisfied.
This shop performed a miracle! I had a dark blue nail polish spot on my sofa which I never expected to be removed. Peter and Regan so with very little effect to the nap of the fabric. The quality of the service I received was impeccable and I recommend them without hesitation.
I have several large pure wool rugs from Morocco - between 35 - 50 years old, which I inherited from my parents and brought here from Europe a number of years ago. This was the second time Master Cleaners cleaned these rugs and I just got them back yesterday. I cannot express how happy I am with the job they did on these rugs!
