Tom and Chris came out to do our carpets yesterday. They look great! They were friendly and professional. They were ahead of schedule so they called and were able to get here early. Definitely recommend!
Tom was wonderful! Not only did he do a great job cleaning out some pretty tough stains out of my carpet but he was so thorough and gave me plenty of carpet care tips and advice. I highly recommend them! Thanks Tom!
We just had our carpets cleaned by Tom and Chris. Wonderful people and they did an awesome job. They came out and did a free estimate and had us scheduled in the next week. I would highly recommend them! Definitely will be using them again!
We are super thrilled with the results from Master Clean! Tom and Chris came and dealt with our white berber carpet and pet stains. They came back and followed up with a few stubborn spots and now it looks "NEW". Chris even cleaned my grandma's velvet chair from the late 70's. It's practically restored! I'm not embarrassed of it anymore! It's on display (and being used, UNCOVERED) in our library!! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! AWESOME JOB!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
They were friendly and did a good job cleaning my travertine tile...so much better than crawling around on my knees for hours scrubbing grout!

I had the most amazing experience today with Master Clean Carpet Care today!! Not only did Tom answer the phone this morning at 7:30 but he squeezed our new home in today after we found animal urine in on the stairs and in all the bedrooms! He showed up at 2:30 and we walked the house with a black light to find all the problem areas (🤢there were a lot) he pre-treated all the floors at NO EXTRA CHARGE and even did extra treatment after he cleaned the carpets!!
