The technician was very polite and finished quickly. The problem was their ridiculous pricing. They quoted $1,000 for an emergency visit. They spoke to a women in our office who had no experience with negotiating chimney sweep prices and they took advantage of her. The technician reduced the actual price to $800 after he was challenged by the landlord about the outrageous $1,000.
