Going with my mother in her search to purchase a vehicle ended with the the 1st dealership we visited. From the time we got out of the car, Travis White was already coming out to greet us with a smile. He listened and guided my mother through her search and gave recommendations based off that info. My husband and I are very weary of dealerships in the CSRA due to bad past experiences. Very unprofessional seems to be the thing these days but when u wanna buy a car they all smiles and go above to get you in that car or truck but when there's a problem communication skills are poor
First off I drove 8 hours to purchase BMW 750i my Sales guy was Travis very nice guy and Will Parrot. That being said the past there state insp also MD. But the car didn’t seem right to me so I took it to BMW dealership come to find out the needs Bushing sent them video from the dealer I didn’t put a thousand miles on the car yet. It is a shame that a major dealership will not even take no responsibility. For nothing so I’ll be putting out 2300$ on a car that I didn’t even have for month yet. Poor service lesson learned
