I purchased a used vehicle here in September '26 and the total experience was outstanding. Jake Johnson provided timely accurate email responses. He and the entire team were honest, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again.
I just purchased a new Chevy Trax from Masters Chevrolet, in Aiken, SC. Great experience. Travis was a the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. The entire visit encompassed 2 hours! All done in record time. Buy local, and go see Travis at Master’s Chevrolet!! Thank you, Travis!!
Service department charged me for repairs that were not completed correctly. Accused me of intentionally damaging my vehicle to blame them. Then told me they would not accommodate me in anyway to fix their mistakes and called me a liar
