I was so fortunate to have had Paul Yates recommended to me by a friend who has used Master Build Group twice in the past. I could not have been happier with Paul and Mark and the rest of the team. I did a significant renovation during the challenges of COVID and seemed to be the only person in Perth who was happy with their builder! I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Absolute useless! Complete renovation executed to the lowest standard possible. Not paying attention to detail, architectural knowledge not existing - the design is absolute rubbish, damaging areas of the house which were not part of the renovation, leave rubbish everywhere, don't clean up after them selves, no coordination of subcontractors, not replying to complains and and and... poor poor poor... from start to finish. How can this business have 5 stars if they completely fail on such a small project?
I would highly recommend Mark and the Master Build Group team to anyone. We had such a great experience working with them and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family. Look forward to working with you guys again on the next project.
