My experience with Masters GMC Buick service department was not positive experience. I made an appointment for 4-21-2025 just but my 2024 GMC truck however had other ideas I went out to start my truck and the dashboard and radio went crazy. The truck would not start it was dead. Had it towed to Masters I was given Bo as my service advisor. Came in with a very dismissive attitude gave me an envelope told me to fill it out instead of just pulling up the workorder that had already been made up.
