It’s honestly always hit-or-miss with this establishment. The ladies that I've met are always super friendly and welcoming. The first time I went, everything went flawlessly. She adhered to my request to enhance my arch and clean it up, and I was so pleased and satisfied that I left a tip, too. The second time could've gone better, it was just heavily rushed and the only thing different was that my unibrow was gone, my eyebrows still looked messy and I was disappointed.
