Wade is an amazing person. I happened to call after hours expecting to leave a message that I'm dropping off my Porsche after I ran over some object on the road. Wade the owner himself helped me with the towing arrangement and dropped me off at home even though I lived quite far from the incident. He's my number one go to mechanic and I don't think there are many out there nowadays with such a high level of commitment to an outstanding service and care.

My BMW was running rough and setting fault codes and check engine light error. Dealer in Mountain View recomended fuel injectors as a first step which was going to run me a few thousand dollars. I mentioned it toba friend and she strongly recommended Master Automotive I took my car to them and they fixed it for 1/3 of what it would've cost me at dealer. They fixed my car in a timely manner and saved me a great deal of money. I highly recommend.

Master Automotive is the finest German car mechanic shop. After dealer told me imy BMW e90 needed injectors and other things that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Master Automotive Wade the owner answered the phone himself(good sighn) and offered to verify the dealer findings at no charge. Few hours after dropping it off he called me back and recommend a walnut shell valve blast as a first step. I took my chance and granted him an authorization for the $1100 procedure. Why aren't more mechanics like Waid? Double the quality at 1/2 the price - not just a marketing slogan, but a legitimate promise. The job was handled very smoothly, loaner car provided, and work finished on time with no additional hidden costs! That's right, no additional hidden costs, imagine that... I absolutely, definitely have never met any professional with such a sincerity and high level of integrity and skill in the maze of automotive maintenance. Wade has come through for me again even when it meant chipping on his personal time. I have been suitably impressed with Master Automotive-- much more than with the build quality of my Audi. Things were great when my Audi A4 was new-- but as it got older, the folks over at Master Automotive really took care of me. Waid,at Master Automotive is the European Car Specialist, is literally that rare find called Mechanical Genius. If you'd like to find out why, read my story below. I have been a customer of Waid at Master Automotive for a few years. Everything about the experience is exceptional. I have over 300K miles on my Mercedes S430 and he still keeps running great The shop is highly organized and efficient. The technicians are well-trained, courteous and knowledgeable.
