My good friend recommended this mechanic to me when I had an issue with my AC/heater. This location is very deep in Poway so keep that in mind. It’s also around other mechanic shops so just look for the giant red sign that says “Master Automotive”. First visit, I explained my issue and they helped me get an appointment within a couple of days. Super friendly over the phone, I always have a lot of questions. The more I deal with other companies, the more I realize how lucky I was to get introduced to Bob and Ray. The do great work, are always honest and never over charge.
These guys are the best. They have great prices and sometimes if it is a small 15 minute repair they will do it gratis.
I have been coming to Bob & Ray for several years. I can only say I wish I'd found them sooner. You will find no one better, no one more honest, and no one more helpful. They have exceeded expectations time and time again. I have never posted reviews on anything until now. Bob & Ray deserve it.
