RecommendedThis is my third time using Master Glass. The process is seamless. They handle all of the claim/insurance paperwork. You simply show up and the job is complete in an hour. I went over lunch time and ate Thai & Sushi at a restaurant nearby. Scott, Luciana and team are great, and do everything with a smile! Simply great product and customer service!
While cleaning my windshield in my 06 mountaineer my rear view mirror came detached from the windshield and took a small chip of windshield glass with it I went to master glad to have it reattached as this mirror is digital and had wires and plugs attached to it. They took me without and appointment were fast & friendly , reattached my mirror and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them for all your auto glass replacement needs
Couldn’t ask for better service called this morning and talked to Luciana who was so friendly and helpful to get me right in today at 10 so I could get my side window fixed and the mechanic was amazing at getting it done fast because I had my son with me and vacuuming my whole car to get as much glass and he could out which he did not have to do he could have just vacuumed the drivers side but he did almost the whole car. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs glass repaired
