We bought a GE Dishwasher new in 2006 and had it installed by a plumber. It never seemed to work as well as our old dishwasher which we thought had something to do with the "energy saving" functions, so we just accepted the poor performance. 2 yrs ago I had the pleasure of meeting & having my refrigerator/freezer repaired by Tom. He was thorough & diagnosed the problem(s) easily. Thus after replacing the parts and cleaning up nicely, I didnt hesitate to call on him again for my most recent problem. Tom (who keeps meticulous records) found that although my freezer seemed to have the same problem it had 2 yrs ago, it was unlikely to be the same part that failed.
