2 yrs ago I had the pleasure of meeting & having my refrigerator/freezer repaired by Tom. He was thorough & diagnosed the problem(s) easily. Thus after replacing the parts and cleaning up nicely, I didnt hesitate to call on him again for my most recent problem. Tom (who keeps meticulous records) found that although my freezer seemed to have the same problem it had 2 yrs ago, it was unlikely to be the same part that failed. Therefore, upon further investigation, found that a different part was causing my concern. [a failed Amana thermostat, which has been a major re-occuring incident in this particular model & yr) He ordered the part & was very prompt in installing it and oh boy am I a happy camper.
