Master Air as a company is awesome. Quick fast and friendly service. Ashley is super easy to work with. Kevin especially is awesome to work with. I had ideas that were not the best plan of attack for what I wanted. Kevin told me the truth and gave me better options for what I was trying to accomplish. Thanks a million to Master Air, Ashley and Kevin.

Ii wish I could give this a ZERO rating! I would not recommend this company! In2023 our Air conditioner stopped working. I called Master Air. A young man came out and spent over 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I could tell that he didn't have a clue after he took the thermostat off the wall and examined it. Finally he called his co worker. He came and determined the problem. They replaced the condenser and another part. It was 97 degrees in the house at that time. My unit is 3 1/2 yrs old. The ac coil got a hole in it and had to wait from Friday to Monday for the part, they wouldn’t even check with other HVAC companies for the part even though my wife is disabled with a condition that requires her to stay cool ( they cared less) got the warranty part it took 1 1/2 hrs to install refrigerant was 8 lbs at 65 per. They charged me a total of 1500.00 plus a 135.50 service charge from the previous Friday that took 30 minutes. I figured they charged me around 670.00 per hr. PRICE GOUGING???

Called a week ahead, took half a day off for service call appt. Was at 3:30 was told I'd have to pay after hours service fee as they couldn't make it on time. I told them that i was 5 minutes from home by the time they called & it wasn't ok to charge late fee as I would be there & wait for them as I scheduled ahead to avoid problems. Kevin inspected my system & found it completely operational. He was very professional & answered every question I had in less than an hour.
