Syed from Mast services LLC was excellent. He was on time, patiently took care of the main problem (water leak from HVAC unit) and a secondary one (a blocked vent). He explained the issue and recommended solutions to prevent the issue. Definitely will keep them on speed dial.
I cannot even begin saying how AMAZING of an experience I’ve had with Mast Services LLC. This is the second time I am working with Syed Ahmed and it’s been superlative each time. First time our furnace died in December when it was 30 degrees. He tried his level best to fix the part and ordered the board when there was no other option left.
