Great doctor!! He listens and takes time with his patients!!
Do NOT see Dr Masson. He is an absolute hack. He messed up my surgery, which pretty much destroyed my life. On top of that I had to have a second surgery because of the hacked first surgery. His staff cleared it with insurance falsely. Insurance didn’t give the OK. I got stuck with a $16,000 bill and a life altering botched surgery. He and his staff are the most uncaring medical professionals I have ever seen. I would give zero stars if I could.
It must be nice to only work two weeks out of the month. You have patience waiting for prescriptions. A VA patient gets referred to him , and he doesn't even care about veterans.
Three appointments and a surgery so far with Dr. Masson. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and detail by both Dr. Masson and his staff. It appears that they are extremely busy, which is not a surprise if you live in Prescott. I can't imagine the energy it takes to see so many patients, yet maintain a good attitude and provide excellent service, but they somehow do both. Thank you!
I have been with Dr. Masson for nine years, as he guided me through my BPH experience. This processed conclude one week ago today with the TURP procedure preformed by Dr. Masson at the YRMC WEST campus. Mr. Masson and his staff were exceptional in dealing with a very nervous patient. The were supportive and comforting during both the pre and post op. I have had very little discomfort from the procedure and during the week since the procedure.
