Three appointments and a surgery so far with Dr. Masson. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism and detail by both Dr. Masson and his staff. It appears that they are extremely busy, which is not a surprise if you live in Prescott. I can't imagine the energy it takes to see so many patients, yet maintain a good attitude and provide excellent service, but they somehow do both. Thank you!
I have been with Dr. Masson for nine years, as he guided me through my BPH experience. This processed conclude one week ago today with the TURP procedure preformed by Dr. Masson at the YRMC WEST campus. Mr. Masson and his staff were exceptional in dealing with a very nervous patient. The were supportive and comforting during both the pre and post op. I have had very little discomfort from the procedure and during the week since the procedure. The worst part was the catheter, which was in for 4 days. I went home the same day.... read more

He’s a caring doctor but right now I am so disappointed. My husband had prostrate cancer. He had it removed last week by Dr. Masson. He was great during my husband’s time in the hospital. He checked on him multiple times. My disappointment is in regards in the timing of getting his catheter removed. Doc told us it could possibly come out tomorrow (7 days after surgery) or 10 days which would be Friday. But after a call to his office we have been told he can’t get an appointment until Monday.
