Lisa Grover was the ex-wife of my client. She moved from the valley and took my client's son with her. She was reported to CPS in Abilene, Texas and then fled to Oklahoma. In Oklahoma she was arrested for two counts of child endangerment. She was sent to prison. She lied in an affidavit saying my client was in Mexico when she in fact knew that my client lived in Harlingen, Texas.
