Infuriating. Easy enough to invest our money but they make it impossible to take it out. Paperwork needed to be submitted multiple times and then is "lost" in the mail. I'm going to attempt to email images of the paperwork but I'm sure there will be yet another problem with that. I've dealt with a number of investment institutions and I've never encountered so much paperwork and run around to move a small amount of money
Your financial agent's marketing materials - designed as a personal birthday card with fake money and the note "don't spend it all in one place" - is insensitive and unprofessional. This approach shows poor judgment, especially considering the financial challenges many people face today. Please reconsider your marketing strategy.
Follow-up review. The Pgh office staff went out of their way to help me find the person and contact information I needed. Pgh office people were very friendly and told me to call back if I did not get results at the main office. When I did reach the person I needed she also was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Pgh staff!! Much appreciated! The main office where our account is handled is not giving us information we request. They aren't even answering our emails.
