I made a huge mistake ordering my flowers and Massman’s went above and beyond helping fix a mistake entirely of my own making. They very reasonably could’ve cancelled my order with a note and I would not have been angry. Instead, they called me with a solution already in place and nothing needing to be done on my end. I can’t recommend the care and responsibility of these people more.
I receive several bouquets from Massman's each year. The arrangements are always a delight. The color choices are beautiful. The arrangement I received this week was especially touching. I am memorializing the 2 yr anniversary of the loss of my daughter this weekend. This arrangement is exactly the color scheme I used at her funeral. This arrangement was touching surprise.
Ms Monica was so helpful. I tried to call in an order from New York for my Aunt Julia’s Birthday and she tracked down the address, made sure it got there and the flowers were perfect. I’m so grateful
