We ordered flowers from Florida for our cousins funeral and the color that we seen was more for a female so we asked Monica to change the colors if she could for a man and she did and they were beautiful absolutely beautiful, so very pleased with our order, even though we could only see pictures. They were very nice so thank you very much for going over and beyond to make the arrangement special. Dawn Stephens

I made a huge mistake ordering my flowers and Massman’s went above and beyond helping fix a mistake entirely of my own making. They very reasonably could’ve cancelled my order with a note and I would not have been angry. Instead, they called me with a solution already in place and nothing needing to be done on my end. I can’t recommend the care and responsibility of these people more.

I receive several bouquets from Massman's each year. The arrangements are always a delight. The color choices are beautiful. The arrangement I received this week was especially touching. I am memorializing the 2 yr anniversary of the loss of my daughter this weekend. This arrangement is exactly the color scheme I used at her funeral. This arrangement was touching surprise.
