They are not tech savvy or computer friendly so tthey enjoy old fashioned way of doing things such as pen and paper everything at the Sametime they do not have overnight drop or slide at their office door as you can see the picture. It is very difficult to pay them online. There is third party payment system with weird configuration.
Bad management wouldn’t recommend they are so eager to call the towman even if you live here never seen anything like it it’s like they get a percentage out of every car that gets towed and it’s there own tenants tragic really.
The worst appt complex here in Nashvile tn .. don't ever try ..if you wanna move in you better watch out
