Wanted to inquiry about getting side view mirror replaced. What looked like the Owner of this place asked for a deposit up front before even providing a quote. Very rude. Side note: Angelo was very nice upon first meeting him, but not this guy. Note to rude guy: next time provide quote, and if price is right, that’s when u ask for deposit.
I visited three shops asking for an estimate for a repair to my passenger side bumper. Massive Auto was the only shop who took the time to cost the parts and labour and their quote was significantly lower than the others. Also, they didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman, I felt understood and respected. I've used this shop in the past, they are recommended by my mechanic, and it's honestly not worth the time getting quotes from other shops. This is the best value, best work and best people.
Always a pleasure dealing with Tony and his team. They are efficient and thorough. Their work is impeccable. I've seen other body work repairs and the paint finish doesn't look right but, here the finish looked like it just came off the factory floor it was perfectly matched and flawless. Thanks very much!
