Fast, efficient, professional and excellent work
I brought my 1997 Mercedes W202 to Massive Auto Collision last October after a taxi swiped my rear quarter panel and smashed the tail light. I am usually pretty particular about who works on my car, especially since the factory emerald green paint is notoriously difficult to blend correctly on a vehicle this age. Glad I listened to the reviews and went with Massive Auto as the repair shop on my vehicle through insurance! Excellent service and quick turnaround. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for me, including making additional arrangements for my car rental given that I had a baby and car seat to transfer.
EXCELLENT Friendly and professional service from start to finish. They even finished repairs on the car faster than expected , and had it back to us washed, detailed and looking brand new . Tony the owner is great. He arranged a shuttle to the rental car place and sorted out all the insurance details.
