Glad I listened to the reviews and went with Massive Auto as the repair shop on my vehicle through insurance! Excellent service and quick turnaround. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for me, including making additional arrangements for my car rental given that I had a baby and car seat to transfer.
EXCELLENT Friendly and professional service from start to finish. They even finished repairs on the car faster than expected , and had it back to us washed, detailed and looking brand new . Tony the owner is great. He arranged a shuttle to the rental car place and sorted out all the insurance details. Tony is a true gentleman, a man of his word and an expert at his craft. Found Massive auto collision via a google search after my daughter's car was vandalized and within a few hours, we had a quote and scheduled service. Turnaround was quick and the outcome was perfection. Would not hesitate a moment to refer anyone to Tony and Massive auto for any repair work.
Tony is amazing. I had some bad luck and went to pick up my new Volvo XC40 a few weeks ago and leaving the dealership drove through an area where someone keyed my car all the way down the passenger side. We called up Tony and he was able to fit us in just a few days later. He gave us an incredibly fair quote (we did canvas a few other spots for pricing) and within 2 days the car was ready for pickup.
