He has no bedside manner or compassion, and was rough with me. Also, I was unable to choose who my assistant surgeon was going to be. I mistakenly assumed that he was covered by my insurance, because he worked at the same office and hospital as the covered head surgeon. I found out that he had no privileges to work at either, so he charged my insurance as out-of-network. I tried to appeal to no avail.
