Our whole family goes here and they have always been so sweet and helped us any way they can I would recommend massillon vision center to anyone
I called today about replacing my 3 yr olds broken glasses and sherry who answered was so helpful and just sweet as ever! Come to find out I had called the wrong place, but they really were willing to do whatever they could to help me and wished me well once we figured out my mistake! Class A customer service.
I am on CareSource, was refered to this office by my EXCELLENT Eye Doctor. From the moment I entered the building, and was asked, rudely, to repark my car for "their customers" to be able to park. (There yellow lines were entirely, completely faded and unseen), to being TOLD rudely, that my presrciption would be a "one time courtesy"?! Instead of having me seated, to correctly measure for bifocal line, I was told to stand and look down the hallway.
