My previous medical doctor retired and family doctors are hard to find so a good friend recommended Massillon Family Practice, so I called and made an appointment with Brent for my yearly check up and I could not have been happier with him and the complete staff , they were all very friendly and welcoming. They are definitely my new go to medical office !
Everyone here is the absolute best. So caring and involved. Excellent service and attention to details.
Called on a Friday to be seen since I have lost my voice and they couldn’t get me in or even schedule me with a nurse practitioner, so I have to suffer all weekend. I asked to be scheduled and she said they have a slot on Monday but can’t put me in it but I can call on Monday and try and get that slot if it’s still available. Why have a family physician if you can schedule an appointment or be seen when you become ill. Not happy at all.
Office staff is very helpful!
