Quality Work and Outstanding Service – Massie Roofing did an outstanding job on a re-roof. Fast service and outstanding cleanup. When they left, you couldn't even tell they were there. Highly Recommended!
Bad Experience I used Massie to re-roof my expensive home in Pasadena. It leaked every rain and the men they kept sending out to try to fix it didn't even speak English! I was so frustrated that I ended up hiring another company to fix it and they got it right the first time. I don't see how a company can stay in business like that.
I've had two homes roofed by Massie and they are the best. I have referred them to neighbors and friends and have had nothing pleasing reports. They are honest and reliable without doubt.
Massie does NOT take responsibility for its own errors – I am very disappointed by Massie Roofing. There work started out so good and then things turned so bad. They were installing Spanish tile on my house but because of the amount of time it takes to manufacture tiles, the tiles have to be ordered up to 6 months in advance. Massie indicated it would take months to get the material. Discouraged by this, my wife managed to find a supplier on-line and Massie told us to purchase the tile and they would install it.
