We have been coming to this office for years, and before the relocation, the front desk staff were always warm, patient, and very helpful. We truly appreciated the positive experience. However, after the move, our recent experiences have been disappointing. Last Friday, when I speak with a staff member, the tone felt impatient and not very willing to help resolve the question. While the pediatricians are good, the staff and some of the nurses can be a hit or miss - some of them could be reminded more about what it means to treat patients and that parents can be under extreme stress when they see their kids sick and in such situation sympathy and not judgment would be much appreciated. The practice is also getting a lot more commercialized and impersonal unfortunately.
