After reading these reviews, I had to come on here and write my own! Nancy and Jessica go above and beyond their job titles at Mass General for Children. Nancy called me the day before to remind me of my apt and Jessica was outstanding with my child. I will definitely be recommending this office to others!
I brought my nephew there to see the allergist and the medical assistant Jessica who performed the testing was amazing. She explained everything clearly and had excellent bed side manner! Nancy greeted us politely and had his follow up all written down before I checked out. I told my sister Mass General for Children in Braintree was a hidden gem!
Dr. Gipson is an absolute god send. If you need a pulmonologist for your child, look no further!! It is Dr. Gipson. He is extremely polite and caring in all aspects of your child’s health (he even educated me on her allergies unrelated to his area of speciality.) He is that doctor that I wish every doctor could be. Simply put: He cares about your child! I took my daughter there to see the allergist. The doctor was good. Nancy and Jessica were beyond rude (I wish I read all these reviews before going, I would have been more prepared to treat them the same way they are treating other people). I knew my daughter's appointment was coming up and realized I didn't have it on my calendar, so I called them to confirm date and times.
