I went for an oil change today and also a service on my breaks. I've been here for a while which means the job is being done properly. 😆
Terrible Customer Service! I have warranty on my vehicle and they were so rude to deal with, insisted I go back to the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from. Then they told me I need to submit a claim to Chrysler, which is False. I started to get frustrated and then he tells that they are only Chrysler body shop in Florida ANOTHER LIE.
