ZERO STARS!! These people will leave you hanging, even if they caused the problem. They are nasty on the phone, they "transfer calls" and hang up on you, they say they will fix your heat tomorrow - then never call you back!! Save yourself the time, anxiety and suffering, do not call these people. I cannot believe they are still in business.
They are the worst ever. I have been doing business with them for 27 years and the past four have been horrible. They lie and never deliver on time . I have run out of propane several times and they don’t care. I order two to three weeks ahead and still never get it and it’s always put on the driver. Take your business where they will appreciate you.
Contacted Massey for a heating repair estimate. They came out Thursday afternoon. Called Friday for the estimate...not ready. Called the weekend, not ready....waited til Monday and called the service manager who said they would call back with the figure within the hour. Never called me. Called Tuesday demanding to speak to an owner to let them know how customers without heat are ignored....can't talk to the owners....they don't "deal" with the customers. Horrible service. They always let our gas run out. After cancelling service, I had to call again to get them to pick up the tank, for which they billed me a $125 pick up fee. Their answer for all their terrible service was "it's in your contract." They deserve zero stars.
Hung up on twice by the receptionist when asking to speak to a particular person.
