Massey was taking care of our turf for a number of months. As first we had good communication between the tech. I asked that an area be sprayed of about 4 sq ft that had torpedo grass. Took two months for another tech to come out and i had to follow up myself. When a tech came out she sprayed the wrong area. Not what was discussed but a larger area that has to be completely replaced. I have discussed with a number of reps to please replace that area but they have just given me the runaround.
