Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Massey Pest Control. I have been dealing with a cockroach infestation in my building for over a year, and despite repeated treatments, the problem has not been resolved. The biggest problem has been the inconsistent treatment. Technician Joe previously used a bait that contained an IGR, and I personally observed a significant difference afterward.
