Massey took the anxiety out of getting a Termite Bond and Regular Pest Control for our new home. We are covered with Massey :)
We just had a fairly large lanscaping project done and at least a dozen of the termite bait stations had to be put back into the ground. A couple of days after the job was complete we started seeing ( ghost ants or rover ants ) little black ants all over the counter. We figured out that we had disturbed their home with the landscaping project so the ants decided to move in. This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Brian Goldsmith. He was the inspector that came to my house. He was able to explain everything that comes in their prevention package. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful answering my questions. Brian also walked around my house to give an initial review. What great customer service he provided to me this morning. I look forward to continue working with Brian.
