I really don’t want to do this but I paid for a complete new valve system and they sent a guy to repair it and it didn’t get done correctly so on 14 July 2026, James the manager did a no knock or ring and decided to so call repair the sprinkler system valves… guess what it’s still leaking. Where does Massey get these guys from? I got a better idea, I think corporate needs to hire some real professionals. My next step is to call my Attorney. I’m fed up!!!

I hired this company last year and saw no improvement at all. My lawn is only 2yrs old and it didn't get greener, and kept getting more weeds. I called them several times about the weeds and no improvement. I don't expect miracles but I do expect the weeds to lessen over time. They grew nice and healthy and I wondered are they just spraying water on them. I was pulling weeds myself and using some Roundup to keep it under control. A few of my neighbors canceled them as did I. One of the worst lawn services I ever had.
