I used to be good they used to be good they do not call me back whatsoever I have called multiple times have yet to receive a call back manager never in office
Scheduled a termite inspection for 8:00 a.m. Called office to confirm the time. Office had 8:00 also. Minutes later Massey Tech. Called and said he was stuck in traffic and would be late 8:38. I called office to confirm again. They were unaware of the issue. Any way the Tech showed up at 8:18 and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and great customer service skills. Glad he came to help us. His name was Chris and is an excellent employee. Thanks to Massey!
