Jared is the man. Took care of us and made sure we were situated for the summer
When they perform the service, it’s five stars but they are always late. Always. Have an appointment today at 8 am, it’s 8:10 am no call as to running late. The last two times same thing. They had a meeting they didn’t know about and I got no call then too. So unprofessional with time. I won’t be renewing my contract and will cancel if this continues. I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Chandler today! It was my initial pest control service and rodent exclusion. He is so kind and patient and answered all my questions which helped me feel very comfortable about the decision I made to get pest control services and the rodent/animal exclusion.
